Camping

Hoofbeat uses a tier pricing scale. A set amount of tickets are in each “tier.” Once the tier sells out, prices increase.
Prices shown are the base ticket price. Ticketing fee, shipping and tax are added in cart.

NOTE: All camping is on-site, within walking distance of the concert gates. you are welcome to camp early with us (at no extra charge)! Sunday-Tuesday prior to the festival, start the party early OR drop off your early rig for an effortless check-in. (Just make sure to put the sticker on your rig!) Keep in mind, the campgrounds don’t technically open until Wednesday.

RVSHARE - Rent an RV

IMPORTANT: After selecting your RV, you’ll see a section titled, “Tell the owner about your trip.”

Copy and paste the following text there:

*Hello! I am attending Hoofbeat in Cadott.

Delivery: The camper must be delivered on Sunday before the festival (10 AM-6 PM) or on Monday/Tuesday (12 PM-8 PM). The renter will mail the camper sticker to you—this is required for drop-off.

Pick-Up: Sunday after the festival, any time.
Dump stations: Free on-site, or schedule a pump at 715-891-0568.*

REQUIRED: After booking your RV, please mail the camper sticker to the RV owner. They will need it to park the unit.

General Campsite

Tier 2: $140

Plus ticketing company's fee, tax + shipping

Includes:

  • 1 Car Parking Sticker for your vehicle
  • 1 Camper Pass for your sleeping unit
  • 1 Camp Access Pass 
  • (1) 18′ x 40′ Campsite in either the: 
    • Up Nort’ (North) Campgrounds (across the street from the concert grounds), 
    • Back Forty (West) Campgrounds (across the street from the concert grounds), or 
    • Sconnie Acres (South) Campgrounds (same side as concert grounds).

*Only one vehicle, one sleeping unit (tent, RV, etc.), and up to 6 people are allowed per campsite. Anyone in the campgrounds needs a Camp Access Pass. General campsites are not electric

Glamping

Includes:

  • 2-5 single beds OR 1-2 queen beds
  • 1 Car Parking Sticker for your vehicle
  • 1 Camp Access Pass 

The luxury of an RV or hotel room in the Glamping Village, close to the concert grounds, located in the Sconnie Acres Campground, section J between 2nd & 3rd Ave East. A limited number is available.

Electric Campsite

Includes:

  • (1) 30 AMP and (1) 15 AMP hook-up
  • 1 Car Parking Sticker for your vehicle
  • 1 Camper Pass for your sleeping unit
  • 1 Camp Access Pass 
  • 1) 18′ x 40′ Campsite located in the Sconnie Acres Campground (Rows M 1-60, N 1-60 & O 1-60) or in the Up Nort’ Campground (Rows GIL & HAL)

*Only one vehicle, one sleeping unit (tent, RV, etc.), and up to 6 people are allowed per campsite. Anyone in the campgrounds needs a Camp Access Pass.

Electricity is turned on around noon on Wednesday.  Water delivery IS available to fill campers and pools during Early Camping via our text line: 715-200-3515

Campground Shuttle

$30

Get to the party faster with the Campground Shuttle! The Campground Shuttle runs Wed-Sat in a closed loop, stopping at multiple drop-off/pick-up points around the campgrounds, bringing you to the gate of the concert grounds. One wristband gets you unlimited rides.

Let’s make sure you know where you’re camping. General Camping is located in the Sconnie Acres, Up Nort’, and Back Forty Campgrounds (Up Nort’ and Back Forty are located across the road from the concert grounds).  Take a look at the maps below to get a sense of where you are. Please note: General campsites DO NOT have electricity or water.

Camping Information

To keep the campgrounds safe and fun for everyone, please follow these rules:

🔥 Fires & Grilling

  • No open ground fires or bonfires.
  • Only self-contained fires in fire rings are allowed — do not dig fire pits.
  • Fires and grills must be contained, attended, and at least 10 feet from any sleeping unit or vehicle.
  • Fire rings are available for rent at the campground convenience stores for $6 per weekend.

🔇 Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours in the campgrounds are from 2:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. Loud generators (over 60 dB at 10 ft away) must be turned off during quiet hours. Quiet generators (60 dB or lower at 10 ft away) may run 24/7. Download a free decibel meter app to check your generator’s level. For everyone’s safety, generator exhaust must point away from neighboring tents, RVs, and sleeping areas.

🎟 Passes & Wristbands

  • No one may enter the campgrounds without a concert wristband and campground access pass.
  • Anyone found without proper credentials is subject to a trespassing fine of up to $1,000.
  • Cut or tampered wristbands are void and will not be replaced.

🚫 Not Allowed in the Campgrounds

  • Tailgating in the General Parking lot.
  • Cruising the grounds in vehicles of any kind.
  • Unauthorized drones, ATVs, golf carts, mopeds, dirt bikes, go-carts, or off-road vehicles.
  • Soliciting, glass containers, weapons of any kind, fireworks, and horses.
  • Nudity.
  • Unauthorized “live music stage shows” or selling alcohol.
  • Unauthorized merchandise with festival or entertainer names/logos (will be confiscated, and violators prosecuted).
  • Semi-trailers, large enclosed trailers, or flatbed trailers.

🚗 Vehicles & Campsites

  • Vehicles are subject to search upon entry and while on festival grounds.
  • If your setup (vehicle, camper, fire, etc.) doesn’t fit in your campsite (18’ x 40’), you must purchase another site.
  • All camping units must be removed by Thursday at 4 PM following the festival.

🌿 Campground Conditions

  • Campsites are in a large field — some are uneven. Please bring blocking for leveling.
  • All campsites are marked with patio blocks; do not remove them (fines apply).
  • Campsites will be mowed before the festival, but you may mow your site during early setup.

🛒 The General Stores (Convenience Stores)

  • Located by the Sconnie Acres Campground showers and at the end of row ELI in the Up Nort’ Campground.
