ADA Accessibility

Accessible viewing areas are available with both GA and VIP tickets.

If you are not camping:

  • GA Tickets: May be purchased online. There is no separately labeled ADA ticket type.
  • VIP Tickets: Must be purchased by calling our office at 715-289-4401, as VIP tickets are not available online.

If you are camping:

ADA campsites must be reserved by calling our office at 715-289-4401 so we can ensure availability for those who need them. Please have your handicap placard number ready when calling. This is required to verify eligibility.

  • GA Admission: May be purchased online.
  • VIP Admission: Must be purchased by phone.
  • You may choose to purchase your admission and campsite together by phone if you prefer. This is optional and simply helps avoid paying for shipping twice.

Accessibility Companion

Each ADA guest may bring one (1) companion into ADA viewing areas.

Upon check-in at Gate 12, you’ll receive your ADA wristband(s):

  • If you have the same companion all weekend, they will receive wristbands for each day.
  • If your companion changes daily, each new companion can check in at Gate 12 on their day to receive a wristband under your name.
  • Wristbands cannot be reissued unless the original is returned.
  • To replace a companion wristband, return the original to Gate 12 for re-issue.

Accessible Viewing Areas

Designated ADA viewing areas are available at:

  • Main Stage

Each ADA guest may bring one companion into these areas.
All seating is first-come, first served.

Accessible Campground Shuttle

The Campground Shuttle provides limited accessibility and runs through multiple campground areas, including ADA Camping.

Guests with mobility challenges may be able to use the shuttle; however, the shuttle is not wheelchair accessible.

Due to high demand, wait times may reach up to 25 minutes.

Shuttle wristbands can be purchased online or at the Main Gates. View the full Shuttle Route Map.

HOH (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) Fans

If you need an ASL interpreter, please submit your request at least two (2) weeks before the festival by emailing info@HoofbeatFestival.com or calling 715-289-4401.

This advance notice allows time to schedule and prepare an interpreter.

Mobility Disabilities

Guests with mobility disabilities are welcome to use personal mobility devices such as wheelchairs and scooters.

Please note: mobility devices are not available for rent onsite.

The venue terrain consists of grass and crushed granite. Travel between stages may involve traveling up to a quarter mile in direct sunlight. The festival does not provide transportation between stages, so guests should plan accordingly or travel with a companion.

Medical & Medications

The EMS Tent is located near the windmill. Check the mobile app for its exact location.

Medications
All prescription medications must be:

  • In the original labeled container with your name
  • Matched to your government-issued ID
  • Only a sufficient amount for the duration of the event should be brought

Dietary Needs

Select food vendors may offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options.
These will be listed in the Food Finder section of the mobile app approximately two weeks before the festival.

Access Map

We recommend downloading or screenshotting it to your phone so you can easily reference accessible routes, parking areas, and viewing zones during the festival.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Only trained service animals are permitted in concert grounds.
We recommend your service animal wear a visible vest, harness, or leash to help other fans recognize that they are working.
Handlers must:

  • Keep the animal leashed and under control at all times
  • Clean up after the animal
  • Accept liability for any damages or injuries

Festival staff may ask whether the animal is required due to a disability.

Emotional support or companion animals are not permitted in the concert grounds, only the campgrounds.
If a service animal jeopardizes the safety of others, both the animal and handler may be asked to leave.

Feedback

We’re always striving to make the festival experience more accessible and enjoyable.
