Yes — generators are welcome at all campsites.

  • Only quiet generators (60 dB or lower at 10 ft away) can run 24/7. Download a free decibel meter app to check if yours qualifies. If it’s louder than 60 dB: You’ll need to turn it off during campground quiet hours (2:30 AM – 7 AM).
  • Safety note: Point all generator vents away from neighboring tents, RVs, and sleeping areas to prevent dangerous exhaust buildup.
Yes — but only if it’s a quiet one. Starting in 2026, we’ll allow quiet generators (60 dB max from 10 ft away) to run 24/7 so you can keep your campsite powered without disturbing your neighbors.
Not sure if your generator qualifies? Download a free decibel meter app and check — if it’s over 60 dB at 10 feet, you’ll need to follow campground quiet hours (2:30 AM – 7 AM).
For everyone’s safety, please point generator vents away from neighboring tents, RVs, and sleeping areas to prevent dangerous exhaust buildup.

Good news — you no longer need to register your generator if you have a medical need.

  • Quiet generators (60 dB or lower at 10 ft away): You can run them 24/7, no registration required. Download a free decibel meter app to check if yours qualifies. If it’s louder than 60 dB: You’ll need to turn it off during campground quiet hours (2:30 AM – 7 AM).

Each campsite allows:
