No. A Hoofbeat Country Club membership does not include a campsite. Campsites must be purchased separately.
The membership gives Country Club members early access to campsite sales before campsites become available to the general public.
Hoofbeat Country Club members receive access to campsite sales one week before the general public each September.
One Hoofbeat Country Club membership allows the member to purchase one campsite during the Country Club early-access period.
A fan who wants to purchase multiple campsites must hold one Country Club membership for each campsite. For example, purchasing three campsites during early access requires three Country Club memberships.
There is no limit to the number of Country Club memberships one fan may hold.
Each Hoofbeat Country Club membership is valid for one individual.
Hoofbeat Country Club members may add a campsite or request to move their campsite location before campsites become available to the general public.
For example, a member may use the early-access period to purchase an additional campsite for their group or move their campsite closer to other members of their camping group.
Country Club giveaway winners are posted to Hoofbeat’s Facebook and Instagram Stories biweekly, September – Hoofbeat weekend. Members should follow Hoofbeat on both platforms and watch its Stories throughout the membership period.
Physical Country Club giveaway prizes are shipped to the winners.
For time-sensitive experiences such as meet-and-greets and backstage tours, a Hoofbeat festival representative contacts the winner before the festival to coordinate the experience.
The Hoofbeat Country Club membership period begins in September and ends after Hoofbeat weekend.
Country Club memberships do not automatically renew. Fans must purchase a new membership when enrollment opens for the next membership period.
Country Club members choose their included swag in person during the festival.
Members select their swag at the Country Club Parlor on the Hoofbeat festival grounds.
Country Club members pick up their annual member-only T-shirt at the Country Club Parlor during Hoofbeat.
Country Club membership swag and the annual member-only T-shirt are distributed at the Country Club Parlor during the festival. Members should plan to visit the Parlor during Hoofbeat to receive these items.
Yes. A Hoofbeat Country Club membership may be transferred to another person.
The current member must request the transfer by emailing Info@HoofbeatFestival.com.
Yes. Fans do not need to camp at Hoofbeat to become Country Club members.
Non-camping members remain eligible for Country Club swag, the annual member-only T-shirt, member-only giveaways and other applicable membership benefits.
